Assured Community Services LLC is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Greensboro, NC
We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and work with our clients to help them identify and correct problematic behaviors in their lives.
BCBA responsibilities include meeting with families and doctors to discuss a client’s treatment, meeting with clients to observe their behaviors, and taking detailed notes during sessions .
Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA required.
Responsibilities:
- Create simulated conditions where you will observe the behavior of each client
- Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
- Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
- Suggest additional treatment by other professionals as required
- Operate within time, financial, and other resource constraints
- Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices
- Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
